- Demonstrated proven track record recruiting
- Post-Secondary Education is strongly desired
- Strong communication and follow up using CRM
- Licensed as a REALTOR® an asset to start, Broker status would be ideal
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets
- Strong systems and accountability person
- Demonstrated ability for conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to recruit agents
- Great communication skills required
- Strong understanding of online and web-based technologies required

Primary responsibilities include:
- Hiring seasoned and new Sales Representatives/Brokers
- Hiring of all Support Staff
- Training and motivating Sales Representatives/Brokers
- Organize and conduct seminar
- Deal with Ethics and RECO matters
