We are searching for a strong, passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented Manager/Recruiter. Qualified candidates will be a strong individuals who will work with the CEO/General Manager to grow the branches in our network.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proven track record recruiting
  • Post-Secondary Education is strongly desired
  • Strong communication and follow up using CRM
  • Licensed as a REALTORĀ® an asset to start, Broker status would be ideal
  • Demonstrated ability to hit targets
  • Strong systems and accountability person
  • Demonstrated ability for conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit agents
  • Great communication skills required
  • Strong understanding of online and web-based technologies required

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Hiring seasoned and new Sales Representatives/Brokers
  • Hiring of all Support Staff
  • Training and motivating Sales Representatives/Brokers
  • Organize and conduct seminar
  • Deal with Ethics and RECO matters
